PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

Prescription Refill Policy
For your convenience, we offer same-day prescription refills for requests called in before 12:00 PM. These will be ready for pick-up after 2:00 PM the same day. Prescription requests made after 12:00 PM will be filled and ready the following business day. This allows our veterinary team time to review your pet’s records and ensure safe and accurate dispensing. If your pet hasn’t been seen recently or if we need to verify dosage or health status, additional time may be required. Thank you for helping us provide the best care possible!
